Re: Agreement to Extend Submission of Memorials another 45 days

   Greetings and Aloha,

   We, the undersigned, acting for and on behalf of the Parties, have the honor to inform you that Mr. Lance Paul Larsen, Claimant, and the Government of the Hawaiian Kingdom, Respondent, have jointly decided to extend the submission of each Party's Memorial, as provided by section 4(a) of Article III of the Special Agreement of January 25, 2000, an additional forty-five (45) days.
